信件（英文：letter and postcard, LC）是信函和明信片的统称[1][2]。

按照万国邮联117号代码列表的划分方式，函件范畴内与信件（LC）相对的是非信件类函件（AO）。二者不仅被广泛用于万国邮联公约及标准中[3]，而且也是编制国际邮件总包代码规则的重要组成部分。
